If the item you’ve chosen is pierceable and you can't make it to our location, you can take it to any studio that offers needle piercings. For studs, please inform them that your item has a push-back closing mechanism and a 1.2mm gauge. We recommend choosing an 8mm size for a new piercing to allow room for swelling; once healed, you may switch to a 6mm back if you prefer (you can add both to your order for convenience). For hoops, we suggest piercing with a minimum 8mm hoop, though a professional piercer may determine if a different size is suitable for you.

To ensure the piercing jewelry is safe for immediate use, we adhere to the highest hygiene standards and requirements. Your item will arrive in a sterilized and sealed bag. If you wish to return your item, it must remain in this same sealed bag. Charms and Drops will arrive in a beautiful box wrapped with a ribbon.
