WARRANTY & REPAIRS

On the unfortunate occasion that your jewellery is damaged, we are more than happy to mend any items that can be repaired and are protected by your warranty.

If the repair is required after the warranty period a fee will apply.

We offer a free of charge aftercare service for all piercings- we can clean and shorten your labret after the healing process.

Just get in touch by contacting match@larkandberry.com or pop into the Lark & Berry store where our helpful assistants will assess your jewellery.

Please note, we are unable to repair any jewellery not made by Lark & Berry
