Your Lark & Berry EAR ENVY purchase will be delivered fully insured by our trusted and trackable couriers and packaged beautifully in a luxe box, nestled under tissue paper. To ensure the piercing jewelry is safe for you to use straight away, we follow the highest hygiene standards and requirements. This means your piercing item will arrive in a sterilized and sealed bag.
Buying as a present? You can choose to add gift-wrapping as an extra option for free. This includes a gorgeous L&B box wrapped in ribbon, tissue paper protecting the item, and a branded bag.

Within the USA:
- Economy: 5 to 8 business days for $10.00 USD
- Express: 1 to 2 business days for $20.00 USD
- Standard: Free for orders $400.00 USD and up, with a transit time of 3 to 4 business days

Track Your Order
All e-commerce purchases are fully trackable, and you will receive an email shortly after shipping with tracking information.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Sometimes, you just need to see your purchases in the comfort of your own home. If you need to return your EAR ENVY item, you have 14 days from the date you received your online order to exchange or return it for a refund. Made-to-order items are non-refundable. To return a piercing, the sterilized bag must not be opened.
Just make sure that your items are returned new, unused, and in the same condition as they were when purchased, complete with intact tags and packaging. EAR ENVY items that come in a sterilized pack must be returned in the same unopened pack. Returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Gift cards are non-returnable.
Returns and exchanges will be free for items that have also met the free shipping conditions. For items not meeting this condition, you will be responsible for the fee of the insured shipment back to us. This fee may be waived (depending on country) if the item is to be exchanged for something of the same or higher value.
Purchases in-store will not be refunded nor exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your online return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that all EAR ENVY earrings will be shipped in a sealed bag - the refund will only be authorized if the item arrives back in the original condition.
We won’t process any refunds if the item has been used and comes back unsealed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at usa@larkandberry.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Item Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at usa@larkandberry.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
